As employers aggressively search for new solutions to control healthcare costs and improve workforce productivity, there’s been a renewed interest in a concept that’s been around for decades: employer-sponsored worksite health.
As early as the Great Depression, visionaries like Henry J. Kaiser and Milton Hershey saw the value in making investments in employee health and wellness.
